Biomedical and Forensic Science
Forensics is the application of a broad spectrum of sciences to answer questions of interest to the legal system. This may be in relation to a crime or a civil action. The goal of this program is to prepare students for entry-level employment or college opportunities in a variety of laboratory related careers. The students will collect and examine evidence that will assist them in discovering answers to tough questions involving mysterious circumstances, medical or legal issues. The evidence will then be examined using different lab techniques that can be used in any lab based career.
