Parent Handbook

The Parent Handbook serves as a reference to acquaint you with Bay-Arenac ISD's special education programs and services. It describes the special education process, as well as parent and student rights. It illustrates the steps taken to plan and provide your child's special education program. It also explains and defines the terms used during the process. You can use this handbook as a guide to help you understand special education procedures.
